Alesayi Holding is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join its team. This full-time position is integral to our operations within the Makkah region, specifically covering activities in Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our procurement functions and driving strategic excellence.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing comprehensive procurement processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strategic value delivery across the organization. This role involves active participation in optimizing procurement operations and contributing to overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers and provide support for contract administration.
• Conduct thorough supplier evaluation, onboarding, and continuous performance monitoring.
• Perform detailed quotation analysis, commercial evaluations, and spend tracking.
• Ensure strict adherence to procurement compliance and governance standards.
• Utilize ERP and e-procurement systems effectively for all relevant activities.
• Prepare comprehensive procurement reports and dashboards for management review.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver value-driven procurement solutions.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Senior Procurement Specialist position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in procurement. A strong background in sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration is essential. Proficiency in utilizing ERP and e-procurement systems is also required, alongside demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating quotations and commercial terms.
