About the Role

GT Medical is seeking a Warehouse Officer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to maintaining efficient inventory operations and high-quality supply chain processes. The role requires a professional with 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations who is organized and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming materials, reconciling them with purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, shipments, receipts, and transfers.
Manage inventory records and ensure inventory data is accurate and up to date.
Store and release supplies and equipment according to operational requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
Record quantities and types of supplies, ensuring proper distribution to designated areas.
Monitor the condition of stored items and identify any damages or discrepancies.
Support inventory control activities and maintain proper storage conditions.
Prepare reports related to inventory movements and changes.
Locate, sort, and move goods between different areas of the business.
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records using relevant systems.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Proficiency in inventory control and warehouse systems.
