About the Operations Team Supervisor Role

Harf Information Technology is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Operations Team Supervisor to join our specialized team in Najran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to our commitment to maintaining robust and efficient information technology systems. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for the continuous operation and comprehensive support of our critical IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery across the organization.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and optimize the daily functions of the IT operations team. The Supervisor will be instrumental in ensuring that all IT systems run effectively, addressing operational challenges proactively, and upholding high standards of service. This position requires a leader who can guide team members, streamline processes, and contribute significantly to the reliability and performance of our technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operations team and supervise daily workflow.
• Manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure compliance and performance.
• Oversee technical documentation and ensure its regular updates and accuracy.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
