About the Role

NADEC Foods is seeking a Supervisor - Housing to oversee employee accommodation operations in Najran. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for employees, contributing to overall employee welfare and maintaining high housing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of employee housing facilities, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
• Conduct regular inspections of accommodations, guest houses, and common areas to ensure standards are met.
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and security services to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Manage room allocations, check-in/check-out processes, and maintain accurate occupancy records.
• Address employee accommodation requests and complaints, resolving issues efficiently.
• Monitor service providers and contractors to ensure they meet agreed service levels.
• Ensure compliance with housing policies, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain housing records, inventory, and prepare operational reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and Security departments on housing-related matters.
• Support employee welfare initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of housing services.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accommodation, facilities management, or a related environment.

This is a full-time position based in Najran, Saudi Arabia, within the Najran Region.
