Join NEOM as a Safety Director

Role Overview:
The Safety Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Health & Safety Construction Plan, ensuring compliance across all Trojena projects. Your leadership will guide the Health & Safety Management Team in providing effective health and safety solutions throughout all project phases.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Set and validate standards for assessing compliance with the Health & Safety Construction Plan.
• Lead and manage a team of HSQE staff and all stakeholders effectively.
• Implement NEOM’s health and safety management systems and conduct regular audits.
• Establish innovative health and safety programs that prevent incidents and promote a safety-first culture.
• Ensure adequate health and safety training for all project employees and conduct risk assessments.
• Oversee the communication of health and safety standards and guidelines across projects.

Experience & Qualifications:
We seek candidates with:

• 12+ years of experience in Health & Safety Management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ISO 450*******and risk management principles.
• Strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.
