About the Opportunity

Almoosa Health Group is seeking dedicated Opticians to join its team in Al-Ahsa. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in the optical field.

Role Overview

The Optician plays a crucial role in assisting customers with their visual needs, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience. This position involves direct customer interaction, technical accuracy in executing prescriptions, and contributing to sales objectives within a retail optical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately identify their visual and lifestyle needs.
• Recommend suitable frames, lenses, and optical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing structures, and current promotions to customers.
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and handle basic after-sales support inquiries.
• Maintain the presentation and merchandising standards of the showroom.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or certification in Optical Technology or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an optical laboratory or a retail optical environment.

Required Skills

• Ability to accurately read and execute optical prescriptions.
• High attention to detail and technical accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong sales acumen, effective communication, and excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide professional product consultations.
