Customs Clearance Agent

About the Role

AnchorGF is seeking a Customs Clearance Agent to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time role is responsible for managing and overseeing customs clearance procedures for both imported and exported shipments, ensuring compliance and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review all necessary customs documentation for shipments.
• Coordinate effectively with customs authorities, shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure that all shipments strictly adhere to applicable customs regulations and internal company procedures.
• Monitor the status of shipments throughout the clearance process.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during customs clearance.
• Work to ensure the timely release of goods.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess relevant experience in customs clearance operations. The role requires a professional with a solid understanding of customs procedures and regulations.

• 4-10 years of experience in customs clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage documentation and coordinate with various stakeholders.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar. The salary for this role ranges from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
