Sales Representative to join our Marketing and Sales team. If you are fluent in both

Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers during working hours at the reception area.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally in the reception office.
- Price and inspect vehicles upon customer arrival.
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts.
- Transfer customers to the Customer Service Department after vehicle delivery.
- Manage internal complaints and escalate external complaints to the Customer Service Department.
- Maintain visitor logbook and submit daily reports.
- Ensure the front area is clear of vehicles.
- Respond to customer inquiries about maintenance and services related to contracts.
Communication:Internal collaboration with the Marketing and Sales Department, Sales Coordinator, and Customer Service Team is essential, along with professional external interactions with customers.
Requirements:- 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing qualifications are a plus.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and pricing is an advantage.
