Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily operations of data communication links, routers, and firewalls.
- Manage and update local networks, including Active Directory and Mail Servers.
- Oversee antivirus servers and backup solutions.
- Assist users in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- Supervise the Helpdesk team and maintain IT documentation.
- Support end-user equipment maintenance including PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Manage user authorization records and IT department documentation.
- Ensure proper operation of Office 365 services.
