Position: Barista- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks.
- Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines and related equipment.
- Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and quality.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the beverage preparation area.
- Engage with customers professionally and provide beverage recommendations.
Qualifications & Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 12 years of experience as a Barista in a café or hospitality setting.
- Skilled in using espresso machines and coffee equipment.
- Knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and basic latte art is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic English proficiency preferred; Arabic is a plus.
Position: Waiter- Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and present menus.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
- Ensure dining tables and service areas are clean and organized.
- Process billing and handle customer transactions professionally.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 12 years of experience in a customer-facing F&B role.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.
General Working Conditions:- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Roles require standing for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
