Join EBR Consulting as a Procurement Manager! We are a food investment company specializing in acquiring and developing high-end and fast casual food concepts. We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to oversee our supply chain operations.

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and reliable supply.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Streamline processes and implement best practices to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize lead times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Develop inventory management policies ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Implement inventory tracking systems and conduct regular audits to monitor accuracy and reduce wastage.
- Forecast demand patterns for effective inventory planning.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to understand specific inventory needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement principles and best practices.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build productive supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of logistics and legal implications in contracts.
- Saudi Arabian work experience is a plus.
