- Manage sales and collection targets for retail outlets.
- Supervise showroom staff and operations in KSA.
- Conduct training programs and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data to identify improvements and implement strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
