- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and maintain a schedule of key account visits to build rapport.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
