The Role: System Operation Specialist

Almarai is seeking a System Operation Specialist to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is central to ensuring the safe, reliable, and effective operation of all automated and non-automated warehousing materials handling equipment and systems. The specialist will play a critical part in meeting Almarai's business requirements through diligent system management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repair and maintenance of automated material handling equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults within systems.
• Provide support to installation teams during the preparation and setup of automatic materials handling equipment.
• Assist operations with the recovery from and resolution of both short-term and long-term system faults and stoppages.
• Document and follow up on breakdown resolutions to ensure effective system performance.

• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize multiple activities simultaneously.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards work and problem-solving.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia, contributing to Almarai's extensive operations in the region.
