In the vibrant market of Riyadh, we are seeking a motivated and sharp Sales Specialist to drive our mission forward. At Manzil, your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and managing key relationships, supporting our commercial growth across Saudi Arabia.

What You’ll Own:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors.
  • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Track performance metrics, report progress, and contribute to sales strategy improvements.

What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development (preferably B2B).
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and close deals in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A relationship-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in real estate, facility management, or workforce services is a plus.

About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant at Al Safi Danone, you will lead and manage a dedicated sales team focusing on compost product sales. Your primary objective is to achieve sales and profitability targets while driving growth initiatives and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales operations and oversee day-to-day activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 6–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Background in agriculture, sustainability, or environmental products is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
