The Role of Business Administrator

Penspen is seeking a highly proficient and seasoned Business Administrator to join its team in Al Khafji, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the administration process to ensure accuracy and integrity in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the overall administration process.
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity in administrative tasks.
• Maintaining compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or a closely related field, OR
  • Diploma or equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in Project Administration.
• Experience:
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in administration and organizing issues.
  • Experience preferably within major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects or closely related project types.

Work Location

This position is based in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia.
