Role Overview

Trane Technologies is seeking an Applied Sales Leader to join its team in Dammam. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves developing and executing sales strategies for HVAC system solutions. The role focuses on customer consultation, market opportunity identification, and fostering strong, profitable partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert knowledge and consultation to customers, developing HVAC system solutions that consider both financial and performance aspects.
Continuously assess customer needs and identify current market opportunities.
Utilize company tools effectively for sales tracking and reporting to leadership.
Develop and implement account-specific business plans to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Assist customers with technical inquiries related to HVAC systems, Trane products, and relevant industry issues.
Conduct proactive and dynamic customer visits.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Work Environment

This role requires travel to customer job sites, which may include outdoor work or work within mechanical/equipment rooms. During site visits, the employee may encounter variable weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, heights, and other environmental conditions depending on the location.
