Eram Talent is seeking a Control Manager to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the successful delivery of Oil & Gas projects through effective project controls and reporting.

Role Overview

The Control Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management and control of project schedule, cost, progress, and performance. This role ensures that Oil & Gas projects are delivered successfully within approved timelines and budgets, including accurate reporting to stakeholders and adherence to project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Project Controls team, covering Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control, Progress Measurement, and Reporting functions.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish and monitor project schedule and cost baselines.
• Monitor actual progress, productivity, costs, and commitments, forecasting against the approved plan.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, forecasts, EAC/ETC, and variance analyses.
• Monitor critical path, identify schedule risks, track delays, analyze trends, and develop recovery plans.
• Manage change control processes, analyze trends, and assess schedule and cost impacts.
• Review contractor and subcontractor schedules, progress, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Commercial, and Project Management teams.
• Provide management with accurate performance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable Oil & Gas industry standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 5-10 years managing multidisciplinary Project Controls teams.
• Experience with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and major Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)/Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, change management, delay analysis, Estimate at Completion (EAC)/Estimate to Complete (ETC), and cash-flow forecasting.
