About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves providing technical expertise and support for electrical systems within villa and residential development projects. The Electrical Engineer will contribute to ensuring project adherence to schedules and requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving project issues and ensuring compliance with project schedules and requirements.
• Specify and qualify electrical components and systems for villa development projects.
• Provide technical support and supervision for electrical works in villa construction and wider residential infrastructure.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all electrical construction activities within villa developments.
• Provide on-site electrical technical support as needed, aligning with overall project objectives.
• Coordinate with various engineering disciplines, construction project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Support the Lead Engineer in essential engineering and management functions for project completion.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in above-ground electrical installations and electrical distribution systems.
• Strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical networks, including distribution systems and associated infrastructure.
• Familiarity with technical challenges related to electrical construction and installation activities in villa and residential developments.

Compliance and Standards

The successful candidate will be required to familiarize themselves with Hill International's relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures, ensuring full compliance throughout their employment period.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region, focusing on villa development projects. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
