About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Gate Controller to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to maintaining high standards of security and safety within company premises.

Key Responsibilities

Enforce company regulations and policies related to Health, Security, Safety, and Environment (HSSE).
Provide assistance to individuals with special needs at entry and exit points.
Support NAPCO management in achieving a secure environment by ensuring 100% implementation of NAPCO HSSE Procedures.
Safeguard company assets from deterioration, theft, misuse, and other risks.
Report any safety or security concerns immediately to the direct supervisor.
Comply fully with NAPCO security procedures by following all guidelines and completing required security forms.
Monitor property entrances and electronic surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning and premises security.
Implement all security directives from the HSSE department management.
Maintain 100% vigilance and presence at the assigned security post during duty hours.
Respond promptly to any emergencies and perform required roles in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the safety team regarding safety issues, ensuring the application of safety measures and reporting non-compliance.
Contain and manage problematic or unusual situations involving employees, contractors, or visitors, escalating as necessary.
Coordinate with plant management to handle security-related exceptions and ensure efficient, secure premises.
Maintain the implementation of the 5S program in all security guard houses without prior notice.
