Napco National is seeking an OPERATOR to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Operator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of production machinery. This role involves maintaining product quality, managing raw materials, and adhering to safety protocols within the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure product conformity with standard finished goods specifications.
• Ensure proper cleaning of the production line during the shift and at month-end.
• Complete and submit daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Properly set up machines and perform necessary size changes.
• Ensure correct handling of raw materials received from and returned to the Raw Material warehouse.
• Verbally inform the Lead Operator and Line Setter of any machine-related issues.
• Verify that all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are in their designated locations.
• Comply with and follow all safety and environmental instructions, and participate in toolbox talks conducted by the HSE officer.
• Participate in consultation at all applicable levels and functions, including the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement actions for the OH&S management system.

• This position is open to Saudi Nationals Only.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region, focusing on operational duties in a manufacturing setting.
