Procurement Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a Procurement Supervisor to join one of Saudi Arabia’s well-established and diversified groups in Dammam. This full-time role involves supporting and supervising daily procurement activities within a growing organization that operates across multiple service lines, supporting major projects and industries throughout the Kingdom.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on position focused on ensuring that purchasing processes are commercially competitive, compliant, and delivered on time. The Procurement Supervisor will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, gaining exposure across the entire procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and supervise day-to-day procurement activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement.
• Ensure purchasing activities are commercially competitive and compliant.
• Manage the procurement lifecycle from RFQs and supplier quotations to negotiations and purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on deliveries.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi national.
• 5-10 years of experience in procurement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage procurement processes and stakeholder relationships.

Work Environment

The role is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, and is a full-time position within a large, established, and evolving organization. The group is currently undergoing a period of growth and development, offering opportunities for career progression.

Compensation

The salary for this position is up to SAR 12,950 per month, in addition to benefits.
