Sales Representative

About the Role

Accelerec is seeking three Field Sales Representatives to join a trading and distribution company based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the sale and distribution of cleaning materials to B2B customers within the Eastern Province. The position requires 0-1 years of experience and offers a salary range of 3700 SAR – 5000 SAR, which includes basic salary, accommodation, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to acquire new customers.
• Promote and sell cleaning and detergent products within an assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Follow up on collections and outstanding payments.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for timely delivery.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be an aggressive sales performer with strong field experience, effective communication skills, and the ability to build and expand customer networks. A minimum of 0-1 years of experience is required for this role.

Requirements and Logistics

• Candidates are preferably required to have their own car; a car allowance or compensation will be provided.
• Having a personal car is not mandatory. If a car is not available, transportation arrangements can be organized by the company.

Compensation

The total compensation for this role ranges from 3700 SAR to 5000 SAR, inclusive of basic salary, accommodation, and transportation.
