About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Technician to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on maintaining and repairing machinery to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and execute repair requests from the production/maintenance team leader, following established procedures, Work Instructions (WI), and machine manuals to restore equipment to working condition.
Seek assistance from the Maintenance/Production Team Leader for troubleshooting breakdowns when necessary.
Request spare parts from the storekeeper using the Spare Parts Requisition Form.
Complete repair tasks and ensure the working area is clean and free from residues.
Upon repair completion, record the finishing time, task description, any pending tasks, or newly discovered findings on the maintenance daily report and relay this information to the maintenance lead technician/maintenance team leader.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled by planning, adhering to set checklists, and highlighting any new findings for future scheduling.
Perform 5S duties according to the established 5S plan to improve working conditions.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant technical role. A foundational understanding of machine repair and maintenance procedures is essential for this position.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, within a production and maintenance setting. The Technician will work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure optimal machine performance and contribute to a safe and organized workspace.
