We’re looking for a professional and detail-oriented team player who can ensure a smooth and accurate checkout experience while managing customer account transactions and working with internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately via the POS system (cash, credit/debit, vouchers, etc.).
• Deliver exceptional service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refund processes as per company policies.
• Review and follow up on customer accounts and balances.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing or account-related issues.
• Operate within the SAP system to handle daily cashiering, invoicing, and account reconciliation tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a retail or large-scale operation.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial transactions.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).
• Ability to handle customer account issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
