In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations of warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring optimized service levels, cost efficiency, and high-quality management practices.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations of warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring optimized service levels, cost efficiency, and high-quality management practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor compliance with Nestlé Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in warehouses.
- Improve performance and KPIs by continuously evaluating warehouse operations strategies aimed at reducing costs and enhancing quality control.
- Ensure collaboration with factory management and transport teams for seamless logistics operations.
- Assist in Value Stream Design to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Develop and align your team with business objectives to meet competency needs.
Key Experiences:
- 5+ years in warehouse management, transportation, or physical logistics projects.
- SAP experience is desirable.
- Experience in import/export operations and demand & supply planning.
- Project management in distribution network redesign and optimization.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Leadership capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
