Here are the main tasks required from the company's Human Resources employee:
1. Recruitment and Selection: Identifying the company's staffing needs and posting job advertisements.
2. Salary and Incentive Management: Calculating monthly salaries, tracking variables such as vacations and absences, ensuring timely payment of salaries, as well as determining and distributing incentives and bonuses. Proficiency in dealing with wage protection and insurance programs for the company's employees.
3. Employee Records Management: Documenting and organizing employee information, including personal data, certifications, and experiences, and regularly updating it to ensure the accuracy of information and easy access when needed.
4. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring and periodically evaluating employee performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and developing plans to improve performance and skill development.
5. Ensuring Compliance with Labor Laws: Ensuring that the company and employees comply with local labor laws and regulations, protecting employee rights, and avoiding legal violations.
6. Attendance, Departure, and Leave Management: Tracking employee attendance, recording times of arrival and departure, managing leave requests, and ensuring the implementation of company policies related to attendance.
7. Achieving Job Satisfaction and Providing a Safe Work Environment: Promoting a positive work environment, listening to employee complaints and resolving them, ensuring the safety and health of the workplace.
8. Training and Development: Designing and implementing training programs to develop employee skills and increase their efficiency, aligned with the company's goals and future needs.
9. Compensation and Benefits Management: Determining salaries, establishing a structure for incentives and bonuses, and providing additional benefits such as health insurance and vacations, to ensure employee satisfaction and achieve fairness in the distribution of rewards.
10. Preserving Organizational Culture: Promoting the company's culture and core values, organizing social events, and encouraging open communication between employees and management.
Familiarity with government platforms and programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as Absher and Ilam, and the Qawi and Masar platforms.
