About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Associate Director - Asset Finance Business Partner to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves acting as a strategic finance partner for assigned assets and business units. The position is integral to the Finance Business Partners structure within the organization, focusing on driving business performance and value creation.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide essential financial insights, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment support. The Associate Director will be a key partner in strategic financial decision-making for various assets and business units, contributing directly to the company's financial health and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with asset and business leaders on strategic and financial decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor asset performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Review business cases, investment proposals, and capital expenditure requests.
• Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and performance insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and governance requirements.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in finance and business partnering. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required to effectively manage the responsibilities of this role.
