About the Role

Role Overview and Impact

The Change Management Specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating successful organizational transformation. This involves assisting in the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication activities, and user adoption initiatives to ensure smooth transitions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of change management activities.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments.
• Assist in developing change readiness and adoption strategies.
• Coordinate user awareness, training, and communication initiatives.
• Monitor change adoption and measure effectiveness.
• Support business units throughout transformation initiatives.
• Identify and manage change-related risks and resistance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and change management documentation.

Educational Background

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a closely related field.

Professional Experience

A minimum of 2–4 years of experience is required in one or more of the following areas: Change Management, Organizational Change, Digital Transformation, Organizational Development, Project Management, or Business Transformation.
