About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Consultant Beauty Faces to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining brand standards within the beauty sector. The consultant will be responsible for various aspects of counter management, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all customer and team interactions.
• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while adhering to sales and operational policies.
• Maintain an accurate customer database to build relationships and identify future selling opportunities.
• Promote the Group’s loyalty program (MUSE) to increase enrollment and new customer acquisition.
• Stay informed about the brand’s online offerings and activities, promoting them to customers as applicable.
• Establish strong relationships with customers and store management to support smooth operations and potential growth.
• Participate in brand events as required, both inside and outside the store.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and competitor activities.

Customer Engagement

• Deliver exceptional service and enhance the brand’s customer journey across all touchpoints (physical and digital).
• Build rapport, share product knowledge, and provide expert advice to proactively address customer needs and preferences.
• Utilize storytelling to maximize customer experience through education and entertainment.
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products in line with retail policies.
• Employ clienteling techniques and tools, such as messaging and virtual shopping appointments, to build trust and drive loyalty.

Operational Standards

• Ensure stock replenishment and organize displays according to the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
• Prepare and process e-commerce order fulfillment from the store within specified service level agreements (SLAs) for time and quality.
• Report stock shortages using the designated stock order form.
• Utilize available technological tools, such as the Clienteling app and OMS, to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The position requires a full-time commitment and a focus on maintaining high grooming standards.
