About AREEB and the Role

AREEB is seeking a Consultant, Digital Engagement to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to supporting the strategic planning and execution of loyalty campaigns, with a focus on enhancing member engagement across various digital channels.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Consultant, Digital Engagement will contribute to driving customer loyalty and retention initiatives. This involves actively participating in the development and implementation of strategies designed to improve the overall member experience and foster stronger connections through digital platforms, ensuring effective campaign delivery and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of MyM Rewards campaigns and member engagement initiatives.
• Analyze customer and loyalty performance data to identify opportunities for improving member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with CRM teams to develop targeted campaigns, personalized offers, and customer communications.
• Monitor customer journeys and recommend improvements to enhance the loyalty experience.
• Support the testing and optimization of rewards, promotions, and loyalty mechanics.
• Work with Product and Technology teams to improve the MyM Rewards experience across digital channels.
• Research loyalty and CRM best practices, bringing new ideas to support program growth.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience. This foundational experience should demonstrate an understanding of digital engagement strategies, loyalty programs, or customer relationship management principles.

Collaboration and Strategic Input

The Consultant will engage in significant collaboration, working closely with internal CRM, Product, and Technology teams to achieve shared objectives. A key aspect of the role involves contributing strategically by analyzing performance data and researching industry best practices to inform program enhancements and support overall growth initiatives.
