Role Overview: COOP-Security Managed Services New Associate

As a COOP-Security Managed Services New Associate, you will join our Security, Digital Core practice in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to embedding security into the foundation of our clients' technology environments. With organizations across the region accelerating their digital transformation, this team ensures that the platforms, applications, and cloud infrastructure powering these changes are secure by design.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment of cloud security solutions across client environments, including platform hardening, configuration management, and security controls.
• Assist in integrating security into digital transformation programs, from application development pipelines to cloud migration workstreams.
• Contribute to the implementation of digital identity and data protection solutions.
• Work within blended onshore and offshore delivery teams, gaining exposure to how enterprise-scale security is delivered globally.
• Help document and assess security configurations against established frameworks and client requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the last year of a Bachelor's program in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.
• Foundational understanding of cloud platforms, application security, or secure software development principles.
• Curious, analytical mindset with the ability to contribute to technical problem-solving discussions.
• Clear communication skills, comfortable working across technical teams and in client-facing environments.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts or secure SDLC practices.
• Relevant coursework or self-study in application security, cloud security, or identity management.
• Interest in pursuing industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or AZ-900.
