About the Role

EPRO Business Development is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a contracting company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with extensive experience in financial management within the construction and contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Managing cash flow and implementing effective cost control measures.
• Ensuring adherence to financial controls and accounting standards.
• Managing banking relationships and financial dealings with various financial institutions.
• Ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong background specifically within the construction and contracting sector.
• Solid experience in project costing, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost control.
• Proven experience in managing banking relationships and financial dealings.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and financial management skills.
