Role Overview

The Financing Sales Agent plays a crucial role in customer acquisition and converting financing leads into completed applications. This involves direct engagement with SME clients to understand their financial needs and present suitable financing products offered by Hala.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire SME customers through various channels, including field visits, referrals, networking, and assigned leads from managers.
• Assess customer financing needs and clearly explain suitable products and eligibility requirements.
• Manage the sales pipeline effectively and conduct follow-ups to achieve customer acquisition and financing targets.
• Provide support to customers in completing applications and collecting all necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with the Credit Risk and Operations departments to address any queries and track the status of applications.
• Explain approved offers, pricing structures, and repayment terms within the delegated authority.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and generate new referrals.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Diploma is required.
• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on direct customer engagement within the SME sector.
