Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking a Manager - Finance Ramp-up to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to establishing the finance function for an assigned asset within the company.

Role Overview

The Manager - Finance Ramp-up is responsible for leading the finance ramp-up process for a specific asset, from the initial kick-off with the pre-opening team through to the final handover. This involves developing the finance function and team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing all aspects of the launch, handover, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Finance ramp-up for an assigned asset, from the initial pre-opening phase to project handover.
• Execute the ramp-up plan through detailed planning and build phases, ensuring alignment with the go-live date.
• Develop and maintain the ramp-up project charter, covering scope, timeline, resourcing, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Define the asset's Finance target operating model and workforce plan in collaboration with asset leadership.
• Act as the hiring manager for the asset Finance team, followed by onboarding and coaching team members as the team forms.
• Guide the asset in adopting Qiddiya Finance policies, procedures, and interfaces, and validate any deviations from standard practices.
• Confirm data structures and system interfaces with QIC Finance.
• Provide launch and stabilization support at go-live, then close the project with a formal handover and documented learnings.
• Report progress and challenges to the Senior Ramp-up Manager and relevant asset stakeholders, and support Steering Committee sign-off.
