The Role

As a Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving digital marketing efforts that support project launches, enhance lead generation, and improve sales pipeline efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with sales teams and the application of data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, contributing directly to the company's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Optimize campaign performance to improve key metrics and reduce the cost per lead (CPL).
• Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads, manage follow-ups, and monitor the customer journey.
• Coordinate closely with sales teams to enhance lead conversion rates and overall pipeline efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytical tools such as Google Analytics 4, and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Provide marketing support for project launches and various other marketing activities across the real estate portfolio.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with CRM systems for lead tracking and management.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics 4, for performance monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into practical strategies and recommendations.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province of Saudi Arabia. The role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic investment group.
