We are seeking a Partner Sales Account Manager Saudi to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

The Partner Sales Account Manager (PSM) is a critical member of Cloudera's field sales organization. This full-time role is responsible for coordinating and orchestrating all partner engagement across prospect and customer accounts within the assigned region. The PSM is revenue-focused and carries a bookings number for partner-influenced deals.

Core Responsibilities

As a Partner Sales Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Driving proactive sales opportunity generation, pipeline management, and deal closure in collaboration with partners.
Aligning with assigned sales teams to develop and execute a regional partner growth strategy aimed at achieving software bookings growth goals.
Developing a comprehensive regional partner map that outlines current partner capabilities, capacity, and identifies any gaps.
Building a regional partner business plan with quantified goals and milestones to achieve partner-influenced revenue metrics.
Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding key local partners necessary to meet or exceed plan goals.
Aligning with Cloudera’s corporate Business Development team to execute strategic partner Go-To-Market (GTM) plays.
Facilitating the development of advanced partner solutions to drive revenue growth.
Maintaining and reporting an accurate partner sales forecast in SFDC, ensuring 4X pipeline coverage.
Managing regular business reviews between Cloudera and priority partners to ensure alignment and performance.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess:

Between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in partner sales, account management, or a similar field.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales opportunities, manage pipelines, and close deals through partner channels.
Experience in developing and executing regional partner strategies and business plans.
Proficiency in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding strategic partners.
Strong forecasting and reporting skills, ideally with experience using Salesforce (SFDC).
Ability to manage complex partner relationships and facilitate solution development.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within Cloudera's field sales organization, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve strategic objectives.
