PMIS Implementation Manager

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a PMIS Implementation Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading the implementation, configuration, and administration of PMWeb to meet client needs and project requirements. The manager will independently lead and deliver various implementation and roll-out phases for PMWeb.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation workshops and articulate process details for forms, workflow, RACI, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure PMIS system alignment with Program Management Plans (PMPs) and address any deviations.
• Architect, design, and build solutions in PMWeb for modules such as Commercials, Risk, Quality, HSE, and document control.
• Design transactional reports in PMWeb, demonstrating proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Manage client system integration scenarios with PMWeb PMIS and support dashboard/report implementation in Power BI.
• Structure and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshops, prepare test scripts, and secure UAT sign-offs.
• Create user guides, conduct user training, and set up ticketing systems within PMWeb for post-roll-out support.
• Manage major process changes and day-to-day software support operations with technical specialists.
• Prepare functional documentation including requirement documents, design documents, UAT scripts, and user guides.
• Establish a demand management approach for new requirements and communicate changes with revised baselines.
• Own the implementation baseline schedule, produce weekly progress reports, and enforce Parsons' implementation methodology.
• Manage stakeholder relations with clients, program leadership, and SME/lead staff.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in PMIS implementation.
• Strong client-facing abilities to independently handle process and report development in PMWeb.
• Proficiency in Query-Based Report writing in PMWeb using SQL.
• Professional level written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience implementing PMWeb for PMO and PMC type situations independently.
• Knowledge of project management and construction management environments.
• Good project management and project reporting skills to ensure timely delivery of PMIS.
