Danfoss is seeking a Sales Graduate (Saudi National) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical sales within a global company focused on sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. The role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are Saudi Nationals eligible to work in the Kingdom.

Role Purpose and Contribution

As a Sales Graduate, you will work closely with experienced sales professionals, customers, and partners to support business growth across key industries. This role involves connecting customer needs with innovative solutions, contributing to projects that enhance the efficiency and sustainability of buildings, industries, and infrastructure. You will develop valuable commercial, technical, and customer-facing skills, establishing a strong foundation for your long-term career within Danfoss.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer relationships and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to support sales growth.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and customer submissions that address project requirements.
• Follow up on opportunities, project milestones, and customer approvals to support timely order execution and project success.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer information in CRM systems and contribute to sales forecasting and business reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Saudi National eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Recent engineer graduate or early-career professional with 0-1 years of experience and an interest in sales, engineering, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to analyze information, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in working with digital tools and CRM systems.
