The Opportunity

Due to an aggressive expansion program and strategic acquisitions in new vertical markets, Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Engineering to join its dynamic multinational team. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and contributes to the group's ongoing growth plans.

Role Purpose

The Senior Team Manager - Engineering will manage a self-directing, multi-skilled team. The primary objective is to maximize the operational availability and efficiency of engineering plant and equipment to meet internal customer needs. This role requires adherence to defined safety and quality standards and operates within established management performance parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage breakdowns and maintenance during assigned shifts to meet internal customer requirements, ensuring adherence to defined safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment performs as required.
• Review equipment deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure operations are conducted within the allocated budget.
• Identify training needs for maintenance technicians and ensure the required skills inventory is maintained.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a multinational team environment dedicated to supporting Almarai's growth initiatives.
