Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a professional showroom environment. The role involves comprehensive engagement with customers from initial contact through to post-sales support, alongside meticulous showroom and inventory management.

Customer Engagement and Showroom Presentation

The primary focus of this role is to provide outstanding service and maintain an inviting showroom. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a welcoming reception to customers within the showrooms and upholding a high standard of service.
• Addressing customer needs and offering comprehensive service both before and after sales.
• Guiding customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to company products, through to securing their orders.
• Ensuring the showroom remains organized and clean at all times.
• Confirming the availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues.
• Handling all customer complaints professionally and escalating them to the direct manager as required.

Sales Performance and Order Fulfillment

This role is responsible for driving sales and ensuring efficient order processing, encompassing the following duties:

• Achieving sales targets in line with the established sales plan.
• Calculating required product quantities and assisting customers with color and product coordination based on their specific needs.
• Facilitating the invoicing process and coordinating with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure proper goods delivery.
• Processing online customer requests and updating the E-commerce platform, taking into account required items and current stock levels.

Inventory Management and Stock Control

Effective inventory management is a critical aspect of this position, involving:

• Maintaining optimal stock levels for all items, particularly fast-moving products, by adhering to established ordering policies based on minimum and maximum levels for each item.
• Applying the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Reporting all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensuring goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock records and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
• Collaborating with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Reporting, Compliance, and Collaboration

The Showroom Sales Representative is also responsible for various reporting and compliance tasks:

• Committing to management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submitting financial reports to the region accountant as required.
• Adhering to the daily deposit of all sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Providing the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Implementing company policies and instructions.
• Submitting periodic reports detailing achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

Continuous Improvement and General Support

Beyond core sales and operational duties, the role contributes to ongoing development and general support:

• Offering constructive ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and overall value.
• Executing all job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
