Solution Engineer

About the Role

Milestone Systems is seeking a Solution Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves building technical understanding and credibility during the sales process and positioning Milestone products to ensure successful solution implementation. The Solution Engineer will work closely with the Milestone sales team, resellers, distributors, consultants, and key end users across various industries in KSA. The position requires 5-10 years of experience and availability for regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and respond to tenders, preparing the technical components of offers.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance for setting up exhibitions, events, customer meetings, and visits to the Saudi experience center.
• Proactively manage activities in collaboration with local Channel Business Managers and Inside Channel Managers to address business needs.
• Deliver comprehensive solution designs and detailed studies for projects to ensure optimal implementation and integration of Milestone products.
• Create and present engaging presentations on Milestone products to educate potential clients and support the sales team.
• Offer professional services, including detailed execution plans and system health checks, to ensure successful deployment and integration.
• Contribute to continuous product training and conduct workshops for partners, end users, and consultants.

Channel Engagement and Market Presence

As a Solution Engineer, you will be central to educating and building Milestone knowledge within the channel, providing full attention to integrators, consultants, and distributors. This role also involves leading and conducting technical seminars, attending roadshows, and participating in exhibitions as part of Milestone's go-to-market strategy.
