Sr Oracle Consultant Finance Technical SCM HCM or PPM (Saudi Nationals)

About the Role

Btranz is seeking an experienced Sr Oracle Consultant with expertise in Finance, Technical, SCM, HCM, or PPM modules. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to Saudi Nationals. The role involves supporting enterprise implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing support activities across various Oracle Fusion applications.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will contribute to Oracle Fusion projects, focusing on their specialized module. Responsibilities include configuration, issue resolution, testing, and implementation support, tailored to the specific domain:

• Oracle Fusion HCM: Work on Core HR and relevant HCM modules, including configurations and business processes. Support Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, or other applicable modules, handling functional setups, issue resolution, testing, and implementation activities.
• Oracle Fusion SCM: Focus on Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and related SCM processes. Configure business processes and provide support for implementation, enhancements, and production issues, collaborating with business teams to improve supply chain operations.
• Oracle Fusion Finance & PPM: Support Financials modules such as GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expenses. Work on Project Costing, Project Billing, and other relevant Project Portfolio Management processes, handling configurations, financial reconciliations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Oracle Fusion Technical: Develop and maintain integrations, reports, and technical extensions. Work with BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and PL/SQL as applicable, supporting data migration, technical troubleshooting, and performance improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in Oracle Fusion applications and demonstrate the ability to deliver effective business solutions.

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant Oracle Fusion experience.
• Strong knowledge of the respective functional or technical domain (HCM, SCM, Finance, PPM, or Technical).
• Proven experience in implementation, support, enhancement, or upgrade projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
