DOSSA is a high-level fashion styling studio specializing in celebrity, editorial, and commercial projects. Our work is built on strong industry relationships, creative precision, discretion, and professional execution. We are seeking a dedicated Styling Assistant / Styling Coordinator (Female Only) to join our full-time team in Riyadh.

The Role

This position is designed for a styling professional ready to take greater ownership and responsibility within a growing studio. The Senior Styling Assistant / Styling Coordinator will work closely with the Lead Stylist, supporting and, when required, independently managing the creative and physical execution of styling projects. The role ensures that every look, fitting, pull, shoot, and return meets a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Stylist with creative preparation and wardrobe planning.
Independently pull wardrobe from PR showrooms, designers, and brand partners.
Source and coordinate garments, accessories, shoes, and styling pieces.
Prepare styling racks, kits, and shoot-ready looks, organizing wardrobe according to requirements.
Maintain accurate records of borrowed samples and ensure all styling pieces are protected, organized, and returned correctly.
Coordinate and manage celebrity and client fittings professionally, preparing areas and looks in advance.
Handle garments and samples with care and discretion, communicating confidently with talent, representatives, designers, and PR teams.
Identify and resolve fitting or wardrobe issues quickly, maintaining a calm presence in high-pressure environments.
Support styling on editorial, commercial, and celebrity shoots, demonstrating excellent shoot etiquette and professional conduct.
Maintain wardrobe organization throughout production, monitoring looks, changes, accessories, and continuity.
Anticipate the Lead Stylist's needs and step into an independent styling support role when required, representing the studio professionally.
Pack and unpack wardrobe carefully, tracking all samples from collection through return.
Coordinate with couriers and showrooms, ensuring returns are complete, timely, and in excellent condition.
Flag missing, damaged, or incorrect items immediately and protect strong relationships with PR and designer partners.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven professional experience assisting on fashion styling projects.
Strong understanding of PR showroom and sample-loan systems.
Experience with celebrity, editorial, commercial, or comparable fashion production.
Strong knowledge of fashion brands, designers, and styling practices.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Professional, discreet, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Excellent English communication skills.
