About the Role

eXtra is seeking a Team Leader - Ops to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on supporting store performance through effective sales leadership, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a motivated sales team. The Team Leader contributes to achieving departmental KPIs, maintaining operational standards, and developing staff capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

The Team Leader - Ops will be responsible for driving sales and operational excellence within the store. This includes direct involvement in customer interactions, team development, and maintaining store standards.

Core Functions

Focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Lead and develop the sales team.
Drive sales of products and services.
Ensure effective visual merchandising.
Maintain safety and security protocols.
Manage inventory effectively.

Operational Impact

This role is critical in contributing to the achievement of departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and upholding high operational standards across the store. The Team Leader will play a direct part in the continuous development of staff capabilities.
