Join our Team as a Quality Technician!
At 360Solutions, we are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of materials and products throughout the production process. We are currently looking for a Quality Technician to monitor and guarantee quality standards, ensuring complete compliance with industry guidelines, particularly ISO9001.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and final products.
Perform inspections to verify compliance with industry standards (*, ISO9001, AS9100).
Collaborate with production teams to promptly identify and resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing results.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
Communicate with suppliers to address quality concerns.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis for any quality failures or non-conformities, working with involved teams to develop solutions.
Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in quality engineering.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial quality environment.
Professional certification in quality (*, ASQ).

Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as ISO9001, ISO91001.
In-depth understanding of quality control principles and practices, including statistical process control.
