As an integral member of our technical support team at شركة البراءه للاتصالات المحدودة, you will provide essential support and assistance to employees and clients facing information technology issues. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and resolving technical problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to employees and clients encountering IT issues and respond to their inquiries to resolve technical challenges.
- Identify the necessary tools and supplies required for providing support and resolving issues, following established policies and procedures, and report shortages to relevant personnel for procurement.
- Supply technical information related to devices, systems, and software, and refer to IT specialists for significant problems.
- Maintain records and information regarding all support activities performed, categorizing and organizing them based on approved practices.
- Prepare and document work reports and ensure their storage for future reference.
Work Conditions:
- 6 days a week

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Programming and Computer Science
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering Technology
- Bachelor's Degree in Network Engineering Technology
Preferred Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
