We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in food manufacturing and production lines. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, and ensuring production lines operate efficiently with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on food production line equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and utilities.
• Carry out routine equipment inspections and maintenance according to schedules.
• Replace faulty parts and ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
• Maintain maintenance records and report recurring issues.
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new production equipment.
• Work closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure continuous operations.
• Follow GMP, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance within food manufacturing or food production plants.
• Hands-on experience with production lines and industrial food processing equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems (PM).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency maintenance when required.
