المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • المحاسبة والمعاملات: تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية، والفواتير، والنفقات.
  • المطابقات: المساعدة في تسويات البنك، والحسابات الدائنة، والمدينة.
  • الامتثال الضريبي: المساعدة في تقديم ضريبة القيمة المضافة والامتثال للوائح الضريبة المحلية.
  • إغلاق نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة: دعم إعداد البيانات المالية.
  • دعم التدقيق: توفير الوثائق والتقارير للتدقيق الخارجي.
  • إدارة النفقات: مراقبة ومعالجة تعويضات الموظفين ونفقات الشركة.
  • برامج المحاسبة: العمل مع Microsoft Business Central لإدخال البيانات وتتبع الأموال.
  • التعاون في الفريق: العمل بشكل وثيق مع المحاسبين الكبار ومدير المالية على مشاريع مختلفة.

المؤهلات والمهارات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، أو المالية، أو مجال ذو صلة.
  • 02 سنوات من الخبرة في المحاسبة أو المالية. مرحبًا بالخريجين الجدد!
  • إجادة استخدام برامج المحاسبة (Business Central، QuickBooks، SAP، Dynamics 365، أو ما شابه).
  • معرفة قوية بـ MS Excel (VLOOKUP، وPivot Tables، إلخ).
  • فهم أساسي لمعايير IFRS واللوائح الضريبية المحلية.
  • اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والدقة.
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
  • القدرة على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية والعمل في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع.

Join our dynamic finance team at Falak Investment Hub as an Accountant! We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily journal entries and maintain financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and review invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Adhere to the standards set by SOCPA.
  • Assist in preparing tax and zakat reports (including VAT).
  • Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the finance department.
  • Coordinate with other departments for transaction clarification and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing departmental financial reports and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Project Department to monitor project-level financial health.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (*, Zoho, SAP, Oracle).
  • Solid knowledge of local tax and zakat regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; good command of English is preferred.
