About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting, including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce internal control and effective accounting policies.
- Prepare and ensure timely closing of accounts and financial statements.
- Perform project cost forecasts and monitor financial tracking.
- Support the Finance Manager with cost allocation and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate annual audits with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance; CMA or CPA is a strong plus.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial and management accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and industrial sector.
- Excellent reporting skills and knowledge of ERP systems, particularly ODOO or Oracle Net Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and methodical planning abilities.
